Manage content and communication message to consumer, plan and delivery of digital content strategies through social media, create customer engagement and generate first product trial through company online channels including:
- Maximizing followers and members on social media platforms and monitoring for customer comments both positive and negative via all online channels.
- Engaging with customers to resolve customer service issues and or create positive PR opportunities.
- Work with Media Agency and customers on online media selection and utilization to create brand awareness and customer engagement including communication message management, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and performance tracking
- Continue research into new relevant social media channels and their impact on the brands marketing and working with the marketing team to look at ways social media can work within wider campaigns.
- Administrate customer loyalty program including
- Customer engagement via SMS and e-newsletter
- Prepare for the launch of additional product/campaigns
