Reporting to and working closely with the Human Resources Manager & Human Resource Director in order to develop and implement of Employee Relations to support company’s goals. The scope of responsible covers the issues such as;
All process of HR function
recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
preparing staff handbooks;
planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff, analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
use a number of management information systems to record, maintain, plan and manage the organization’s human resources
working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
provide advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety programs
assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters
Qualification :-
Female / Male
age between 22 - 30 years old
Bachelor or Master degree in any fields
Thai nationality only
Good command of written and spoken “English & Thai”
Proficiency in Ms. Office word, excel and power point
Able to work under pressure and multiple-tasks
Positive attitude and Enthusiastic personality
Result oriented and able to meet deadline
Having strong analytical skills and can work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude with service mind and work with people at all level in the organization
