Important:
We remind you the product guidelines during the building process of the collections
The initial process of building the collections in the store starts at the beginning of July until the end of August. We can find the difficulty of lack of space because the sales
product occupies a lot of furniture, and the space for the new collection is reduced and not enough to show all the product we receive.
The guidelines for rotating the product and manage the new arrivals are:
· The new items must be always on the shop floor.
· The rotation will be made over garments of the same family.
These guidelines are also going to be applied when the collections are completed and grow with the new arrivals. Therefore, during the building process we must be more
flexible when following the rule of always showing on the shop floor the new items. We need to check if the new arrivals are during these period necessary on our stores.
With this we want that the perfect articles for our market for moment of sales are not harmed because of the new arrivals, that on some cases maybe are not so necessary at
the beginning of the season and can have enough time to be sold later. For example, when the twill trousers are on the store and we receive the corduroy.
We must consider (following a commercial criteria) the particular needs of our stores in order to decide which product we need to rotate. On the rotation process we include
the new arrivals, so we bet on the product we need to sell at the beginning of the season that later will not have continuity (for example, short sleeve garments, shorts, etc.).
For this we must prioritize what we think is necessary to be on the shop floor even against the new arrivals.
On the cases when you’d rather not put on the shop floor some new arrival during the beginning of the season, communicate it to your area commercial and product
manager.
