Beginning of this year we have asked you for an action plan how to reach the turnover targets 2014. Please send us shortly your input regarding your planned actions.
We plan to send you within short time an overview with all possible sales actions and measures.
The following activities will be offered and supported from us:
Customer seminars in house: A-Seminar 04-05.11.2014; B-Seminar 12-13.11.2014 (for German speaking customers)
Basic training, primarily for new staff members of our english speaking sales partners. The planned schedule is: 2 days Laubach (hydraulic workholding and assembly and handling technology) and 3 days in Hilchenbach (workholding vices, QDC and Stark zeropoint systems).
For this training we have considered the calendar week 46 (10th till 14th November 2014). You will receive within short time an invitation.
Individuell customer seminars at customer site, focus on hydraulic workholding. Please contact your product manager. A questionaire for a planning of a customer seminar can be requested from Mr. Peter Diehl. A proposal of the first 3 pages of this questionaire is attached.
The Go-Live of the new Hilma website contents was launched the 1st of June on our new group website http://www.roemheld-gruppe.de
"Campaign" 50 year anniversary of the Römheld Spann & Ausrüstungs GmbH
Go-Live of our BI (Business Intelligence) with key figures (number of quotations, turnover figures and add. customer data) in short time available. Attached you will find an overview of the annual turnovers until end of June 2014. Unfortunately the Stark figures can not be provided at the moment.
Due to our planned budget please keep in mind to work on your measures and actions and to follow on them consequently.
Please look also pretty close to the status of open quotations and the activities of our competitors.
In the sales we all have to look the ongoing changes in the market. To be successful it is important to work on new strategies. "One Team, one Target"
We would appretiate, to invite you for a discussion/meeting "Turnover 2015" here in Laubach in calender week 39 or 40 like Mr. Molka has announced already during the sales meeting in Stromberg.
Also a telephone conference could be possible.
