If ADAT fails to Re-deliver the Aircraft for reasons within its control to the Customer by exceeding the turnaround time specified at Article B5.2, as may from time to time be extended in accordance with this Agreement. ADAT shall be liable to pay the Customer as liquidated damages for the delay at a rate of 0.125% per day of the fixed agreed price of B6.1 below commencing on the second day after the scheduled Re-delivery date of the Aircraft and ending on the actual date upon which Re-delivery takes place. Such liquidated damages payable by ADAT to the Customer shall be subject to a maximum of five ten (510) days. This shall be deemed the exclusive remedy available to the Customer.
