Thanks New for the update, we have very good progress here. And I like the report now in a very clear way on task status.
Please do not take further snapshot. I think we have enough. ST and Lync has the same UI, only Cisco client are slightly different.
The Sametime server, yesterday I delete the logs and restart the VM and then restart the BCS services, I believe that helps.
So next time if the previous working BES 10 Lync and ST stops working, take these steps:
1. Check the licenses
2. Check the HD free size, if lo, go delete some older date BES 10 log folders (under C:Program Files (x86)Research In MotionBlackBerry Enterprise Service 10Logs)
3. Restart VM
4. Restart BCS.
5. Check in service that all BlackBerry service is up
6. Sometime reactivate user also help if the SRP ID expires the activation will be failed, so we know to fix the SRP.
I will check the Cisco sign in problem on BC-chshen01.
