Conflict resolution is an essential skill for any team leader [24] . Any differences in attitudes towards tasks or responsibilities can create conflict. Conflict can also arise from differing goals of team members. As a result, conflict when viewed in a positive context, provides employees with critical feedback [25] . As stated by Porter-O’Grady [25] , embracing conflict will result in building a healthy community. A NP leader in a NMC setting will create a framework for negotiating dialogue among employees to uncover any issues needing remedy. When all team members contribute, a positive outcome will result from the conflict [25] .
