There should be no more than two main axes in a library, as it can create confusion
in the blind user. The axes should preferably be perpendicular. In addition, it is suggested that developing secondary axes, parallel to these two axes would further help
the user. Central or radial design methods should be avoided as far as possible (Figure
3). If moving from one floor to another is inevitable, the integration of stairs or ramps in
compliance with regulatory standards are recommended [9].
