Exhibit 6.1 provides a visual model of information-based communication. This
model is based on the frequently cited work of Claude Shannon and Warren Weaver
(1949) and Norbert Wiener (1954), echoed by David Berlo (1960) and Wilbur Schramm
(1971). Shannon and Weaver, scientists with Bell Telephone Laboratories, developed a
visual model of what they called the mathematical theory of communication. Their
approach was linear, with virtually tangible data encoded and transmitted through a
