2. Literature Review
According to Briana Boyington (2013), There are many causes a student's grades are on probation, whether family issues, sickness, changing in teachers during the year or a lack of maturity. Admissions officials accept that grades aren't always a pointer of ability, so experts said that students need to take the time to write an uprightness explanation about their grades.
According to Mae Fah Luang university(2013), students who had the grade below 1.5 will be expelled immediately, 1.51 – 1.79 called low probation and 1.8-1.99 called high probation.
According to President of a university of Chulalongkorn(2013), Probation student status and must be subject, not a single one. However, as the longest continuous study. According to the rules, if students receive a grade of less than 2.00 from all four semesters, 1.8, or even lower than the 1.5 was no longer students. Therefore it was considered as a matter of long course. Such choices were considered to provide opportunities with the students are expelled.
A report by Matichon (2013), Children’s behavior is they are not interested in study that affect to learning effective, teachers are inevitably blamed. However, if you really observe carefully, you will know that the major cause of unwanted behavior came from weak family. Most children come from broken family and young parents who affected to children’s attention behavior in classes.
A study by Kurtus (2012), Causes of students get low grades include external factors, for example the subject is not so easy, the teacher is hard to understand. Other causes have to do with worst attitudes. Finally, there are reasons related to individual problems, such as test worry and problems concentrating.
3. Method
3.1. Participants
The participants of this study were selected form 100 sophomore. Questionnaires will be distributed to 100 sophomores in Law school randomly. We use the data from the Sophomores of Law School in the University Mae Fah Luang.
3.2. Instrument
Instruments are scale questionnaire question for check information, interview with teachers who provide advice and assist students. Interviews clarify and provide insights into this research. While the interviews were formal or structured, the kinds of questions asked include the following. The general strategy for the interviews is to start off with broad questions and follow up on the interview's responses, to capture meanings of teacher and to avoid my meanings on the interview.
a. What is GPA of law student who often are your consultancy service?
b. What are the problems you found that make students are on probation?
c. What are your suggestions to those students?
3.3 Procedure
This research used data from the questionnaires will be analyzed and calculated the statistical information to find causes of students to be on probation. Data from interviews will be analyzed statistic combined with questionnaire to identify factor that lead to be probation. Data were analyzed to identify the factors that make students have a learning difficulty.
4. Results
Present data in table from based on 100 questionnaire distribution to student randomly.46 answer that they are probation. Data based on GPA of semester 2 in 2013 DC. Data based on 46 probation students can be as follows:

The information was analyzed in Excel programs. The analysis resulted table form which means that the GPA of students who are on probation. Each numbers represents GPA that 1.50-1.79 means low probation.1.80-1.99 GPA means high probation.2.00-2.25 GPA means lock probation. When the data were analyzed as a percentage. 28% from100% is students who are on low probation.50% from 100% is students who are on high probation, 22% from 100% is students who are on lock probation. Conclusion from chart. Sophomore student in major law confronts problems about probation. More than half of students those are on probation.

Data was analyzed from 46 students who are on probation.39% from 100% is students not play attention in your study.33% from 100% is students have low self dscpline.19% from 100% is students are social addiction.9% from 100% is students is dislike teacher.Major reasons that made sophomore students in law major are on probaton.91% is internal factors (Not play attention, low self-discipline, social addiction) and9% is external factors (Dislike teacher)
When analyzing data from interviews, we can conclude that student at lower grade and probation as a result of internal factors as well as a questionnaire. Of interviews and questionnaires, we conclude that the internal factors that most low grade and probation. The students not play attention in your study. 5. Conclusion and Discussion
Since a lot of students had grade results below standard, this research are taken by us. From research topic of Suggestions for students are on probation present to the cause of sophomore in law major those are on probation. The main cause of student from students not play attention in them study after that students have low discipline and students are social addiction are another cause. Major reasons that made sophomore students are on probation are internal factors. This main cause matches with interview of teacher Nimnoan who provides advice and assist students in Mae Fah Luang University. When we know about the main cause make student are on probation, we bring make suggestions for them. The suggestion that make our friends or others students are on probation understand about problem of them to probation and make the positive in attitude then we are make they try to improve in themselves . If they are pay attention in their own problems, they will have a grade better than a semester ago and out of probation. These survey results of Mae Fah Lung University from the Living and Learning Support Center emphasize about this research. The server results of the Living and Learning Support Center provide evidence from previous research, theories to support ours discussion.
5.1Contribution
The main implication of this study is sophomores in law major who are on probation. Furthermore, they are ours friend. Then, this research is benefits in social such as ours friend who are on probation. The study is common interest and personal interest because it can help us solve the problem or prevent probation in the future. Besides, If ours research has been supported or interested, it will advantages to students who study in other university. Advantage in psychology, we can analyze that what is causes of problem. Thus, we use principle of psychology consist in analyze to identify individual problems. That is to say, this research will help to remind to reader realize about cause of probation. And, it will help student who are on
5.2 Limitations
The participants of ours research specify to sophomore student in law major in Mae Fah luang university that have low grade. Then, when readers see the result of analysis the cause of problems, they will know the cause of problem that we found come from example group. It is not always true. It can be change all the times. In order that, because of participants of sophomore student in law major is too many, we choose to collect data only 100 students. And we use some of data of student who are on probation to analyze data. Next, when we know the cause of conclusion of ours research, it makes us know about ours mistake of this study such as cause of problem that we found. It wills not the real reason.
In other words, we can know the main of problems that make student are on probation is internal factors. But, we didn’t study the real cause that why they don’t play attention to study. May be they don’t like law major or come from other cause that we are unexpected. Then, if someone interest in ours research, they can improve or affix next to us.
