there has been a number of normal day-to-day operational issues, in which they could be solved once we have sat talk and brainstorm how to sort things out. Then I have set up several meetings to listen up how things going on. I still believe some questions can be easily answered once we face talk rather than email while we are around, unless it's inconvenient or urgent.

Hence those who are invited but refuse to go into the meeting due to whatever reason and leave no point for the meeting, this means you refuse to go solve problem in the way we all agree. I, thus, have right not read or reply emails regarding any complaints to avoid having double standard issue.
