Influential Gault-Millau restaurant guide
President Hideharu Ohta of Daishichi has four times acted as sponsor of the award ceremony for Dutch chefs and sommeliers of the influential Gault-Millau restaurant guide, held annually in The Hague. Photo 3 is from 2008 when the Daishichi prize was given to the Best Chef of the Year; photo 4 is from 2010 when the Daishichi prize was given to the Chef with the Best Wine-Food Coordination.
