This process should assist in creating an open dialog between you and your manager. The aim of this process is to reflect your performance in light of your goals. The conversation is an opportunity to conduct an open and mutual discussion allowing you to raise issues relating to your personal goals, or those of your unit, division or directorate (professional training etc.). It is therefore recommended to prepare yourself well for the conversation.
Following the process of setting goals, and its review during July and August, this year it will be carried out as from today until the end of February. The process will be documented in the Tmurut system, similar to last year.
