I saw the confirmation number on the screen, Sad to say, i did not save the confirmation no. thinking that Agoda will send the confirmation email to me later. However i did not received any confirmation email from Agoda, hence i fill up the template to send my enquiry. I received Agoda's reply on the next working day, i was told that due to a malfunction in our system, my booking could not be completed. Agoda did NOT charge my credit card. I called up the credit card company and i was told that Agoda has charged to my credit card.
