In this work, SEM images were used for the characterization of the morphology and microstructure of the various modified electrodes. Fig. S1 clearly showed the differences between the modified films covering on the surface of gold electrode. The surface morphology of CS-SNP/gold electrode was shown in Fig. S1A, we could see clearly that silver cubic nanoparticles distributed on the surface of chitosan. When GR-MWCNTs were modified on the surface of CS-SNP/gold electrode. As presented in Fig. S1B, sheet structure belonging to the GR was covered by intertwined MWCNTs, resulting in the formation of the percolating network. Fig. S1C and D showed the morphology of the surface of MIPs/GR-MWCNTs/CS-SNP/gold electrode before and after removing neomycin, respectively. As observed in Fig. S1C, after electropoly-merization of MIPs on the GR-MWCNTs/CS-SNP/gold electrode, the imprinted film distributed regularly throughout the electrode sur-face. Therefore, neomycin-MIPs/GR-MWCNTs/CS-SNP/gold electrode was successfully formed. As shown in Fig. S2D, after removing neomycin, neomycin imprinted pores were revealed on the surface of the electrode. It indicated that neomycin was removed from the surface of the MIPs/GR-MWCNTs/CS-SNP/gold electrode.
