Hi there, I just did shopping here.
I want to use the home delivery service.
What's your address?
It's 1-2-3 Toyotamakita Toyoshima-ku.
Toyotamakita is within the delivery area. So we can deliver for you.
The delivery fee is 200 yen as long as your groceries fit into 2 containers.
May I see your union membership card please?
What's a member's card?
You are not a member?
The delivery service is available only to a member?
I'm afraid so. The service is only for the co-op members.
I have questions about the home delivery service.
What are your questions?
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by internet, phone or fax.
Are there any catalogs or something?
Once a week, we deliver catalogs with your groceries.
Groceries are delivered once a week?
That's right.
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is 100 yen per delivery.
Also, there is a fee of 100 yen for catalogs.
So it costs 200 yen for each delivery.
Mrs. Smith, excuse me but do you have any children below elementary school?
Yes, I have a kindergartener.
Because we offer a free delivery to families with children below elementary school age.
If you form a group with your neighbors or friends, they'll get a free delivery too.
Forming a group?
Yes, you can form 1 group from 2 people.
Items ordered by a group are all delivered to the same location.
If there are 2 people in a group, it will be 2 people's items and if there are 10 people in a group, it will be 10 people's items, which are delivered to 1 location.
Is that why the delivery fee is waived?
All orders need to be placed together?
No, orders are placed individually.
I'm often out. Can I still use the home delivery service?
You just let us know when you are not home.
We'll decide a place where we can leave your items.
Leaving groceries outside?
I know. We prefer not to, though.
Are you going to leave the groceries with dry ice?
