2.8. Analysis of the starch, protein and total lipid contents of seed
Dehulled rice grains were ground to powder. To measure the starch, protein and lipid contents, 50 mg, 500 mg and 3.3 g powder were used for the assay, respectively. Three independent transgenic lines (i5-5, i8-3 and i23-2) were used and chose three plants in each independent transgenic line, respectively. All measurements were performed in three biological replicates.
