Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to notify everyone of the management's concern on excessive lunch breaks.
For the period of time that we have been working together in our company, we want you guys to know that we value everyone as an asset to our company and we do recognize your contribution and hard work. However, we need you guys to understand that the absence of a staff at work during the time when we are expected to be in the office can affect our productivity in one or more ways. Bottom line is we need everyone's dedication to our business during our work hours.
If there's any circumstance that might call the need for an extended lunch break, please let me know and I will see what can I do.
