5. Bidding Document
The Services required, Bidding procedures, terms and conditions are prescribed within the Bidding Document. Failure to provide all information required by the Bidding Document submission of a Bid not substantially responding to the Bidding Document in every respect will be at the Applicant Bidder’s risk and may result in the rejection of the Bid.
The Bidding Document is comprised as follows:
- Invitation for Bids
- Instructions to Applicant Bidders
- Form of Bid
- Form of Contract
- Form of Table of Price
- Form of Letter of Acceptance
- Terms Sheet: Scope of Services
6. Amendments to Bidding Document
At any time prior to the deadline for submission of Bids for any reason, modify the Bidding Document by amendment and the amendment will be notified to all Applicant Bidders in an appropriate way. The HHPC may at its discretion extend the deadline for the submission of Bids. The amendment shall be part of the Bidding Documents.
7. Language of Bid
The Bid, all correspondences and documents shall be written in the English language.
8. Bid prices and currencies
Unless specified otherwise in the Bidding Document, the contract shall be for all Services and/or works referred to Clause 1 and Attachment 5 “Term sheet”, base on the Table of Price submitted by the Applicant Bidder.
The Applicant Bidder shall fill in prices for all items of the Services in the Table of Price. Items against which no price is entered by the Applicant Bidder will not be paid for by the HHPC when executed and shall be deemed covered by the other prices in the Table of Price.
Unless otherwise provided in the Bidding Document, prices quoted by the Applicant Bidder shall be fixed during the Applicant Bidder’s performance of the Contract and may be subject to adjustment in accordance with alterations and additional work as specified in the Contract.
All duties and taxes payable by the supplier under the Contract except VAT shall be include in the prices and the total Bid price submitted by the Applicant Bidder.
The prices shall be quoted in Thai Baht only.
9. Bid validity
The validity of Bids should be at least for 30 days from the closing date of Bids. The Bid valid for shorter period than above may be rejected as non-responsive. The HHPC may request the Applicant Bidder’s consent for an extension of the period of validity under exceptional circumstances. An Applicant Bidder agreeing to the request will not be permitted to modify its Bid, but will be required to extend the validity of its bid security for the period of extension, and in compliance with Clause 17 in all respects.
