The performance & Development Appraisal (PDA) is ABB’s global process for appraising talent and performance and is a core element of employee development at ABB. The annual process provides feedback on performance from the past year as well as an opportunity to discuss professional aspirations and development possibilities to reach career goals.
The annual process is from November to March.

A PDA 2015 template is now available in the HRGT portal. The automatic invitation was sent to individual PDA employee. You're able to start performing your self appraisal either by clicking the provided link in the invitation mail or follow the attached guideline under item 1.

Define one of your five business targets to show your individual contribution to implementing the ABB Next Level Strategy Stage 2
Define your three behavioral targets as follows:
Target 1 : Define this target as your contribution to support the “Don’t look the other way” campaign
Target 2 : Familiarize yourself with new ABB Competencies by 30 June 2016
Target 3 : Identify opportunities to demonstrate the new ABB competencies and implement them in your everyday work during 2016
