Schedule maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls, and maintain vendor or contractor relationships to arranging for maintenance.
Ensure the cleanliness and well working conditional of the property.
In charge of negotiating contracts with clients and vendors who work on company property.
Analyses utility bills and energy output, allocates office space to departments, and give advice on how to reduce utility bills.
Perform facility equipment obsolescent planning, budgeting and replacement.
Coordinate with Safety to ensure complying with all government safety requirements for the building including employee training, facility inspections and security of the premises.
Qualification :
Bachelor degree in any field.
3-5 years' experience in office or facility management, project management or real estate.
Good computer and typing skills.
Good communication in English and Thai.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
Cope with multiple assignments.
Ability to work independently, hard working and high responsibilities.
Attentive to details, be organized.
Able to travel to up-country.
