• Manage internal IT, telecommunication service, servers, and other technologies in support of the business and team members. 
• Insure IT servers and network communications are available, performing properly and are secure. 
• Evaluate technologies and determine hardware standards. 
• Insure business servers are properly backed up redundant for disaster recovery purposes. 
• Lead or participate in systems planning, integration and new deployments as required. 
• Responsible for customer satisfaction of IT systems and services 
• Cooperate with internal management and team members to ensure the needs of the business are being met 
• Assume all aspects of management administration, staff performance and planning, budgeting, etc. 
• Assist local staff when necessary, hands-on technically 
• May assume responsibility for Active Directory, File & Print Servers, local communications 
• Designing & supporting high availability and secure enterprise operations Networks, and Firewall
