The main outcome was the percentage of subjects
whose MAS score decreased by at least one grade after
treatment. The TTM group had a higher percentage of
subjects whose spasticity improved by at least one grade
than the PT group in both types of analysis (70.8%
versus 61.9% in PP analysis; 70.8% versus 50.0% in ITT
analysis). However, there was no statistically significant
difference between the two groups, regardless of whether
it was analyzed by PP analysis (P=0.286) or ITT analysis
(P=0.058) in muscles with maximal grade (Tables 2 and 3,
respectively).
