I think you may misunderstand my point about "communication channel" issue. My propose it that whenever UIH would plan to perform maintenance on network or any system
that would effect to network availability of TCRB account, I would like get in the communication loop as well. Because in the past on one in IBM team on TCRB been notify
about network maintenance from UIH.
If SMS is not allow, I think email would be standard and acceptable communication channel that you send out to notify. I only asking to put me into a communication
loop and once I received your notification of maintenance, I would be relay those message to other concern party in TCRB project myself.
Please consider my point and propose once again and kindly feedback.
