The brown bread data are larger than the white bread data: there are more panelists and more breads. Specifically, we have an SID where 570 panelists evaluated 6 brown breads in a 16P6 design. While the total number of breads has increased from 12 to 16, the number presented has remained the same so that 62.5% of the values are missing by design.
