Cause 2. UPnP is disabled on the router.
If UPnP is disabled on the router, WebAccess will not forward the port automatically. For best
results, enable UPnP on your router, or you can forward the port manually.
Cause 3. The LinkStation's or TeraStation's default gateway and DNS server address is not
correct.
Connect your LinkStation and computer to the same router. Confirm the default gateway and DNS
server address on the LinkStation and computer is the same. Check LinkStation's value by
navigating to [Network] – [Settings] – [IP Address Settings] in Settings.
Cause
