Due to the slowdown of operations in Thailand, we are planning to transfer the existing employees there to UAE.
In order to process the transfer, we would require your advice on the following.
1. If we can cancel the contract with VAUSE and continue with the transfer as new employees of MSS in UAE ?
2. If we cancel contract with VAUSE, what would be the benefits we need to provide for the employees as Severance pay ?
3. Or any other possible way to execute this.
