I think of this as a major complaint.
For example, if it is Tantalum, this complaint is such a poor and major complaint as no element.
It is NOT because of insufficient durability to soldering heat at all which is failed at customer's process.
We should acknowledge that we did ship that failure.
Fanuc is one of the biggest customer of SC business. We are never allowed to lose this customer.
And, rather recently, we already caused complant by salvage which is so poor.
Then, Toyama side surely instructed NTET NOT to do any salvage.
But, AGAIN it happened!
