Job Description:
Managing the sales and marketing of multiple products within the company portfolio.
Leading and controlling the sales force in order to achieve the target sales within budget.
Managing an A&M budget to drive sales, builds brands with a focus of value for money.
Analyzing sales data to create new strategies in order to take advantage of opportunities and trends within the market.
Being responsible for the management and P&L results.
Working cross functionally within the organizations.
Preparing partner business review and having an understanding of the business and being able to present the business to Partners.
Handling a heavy and demanding workload where the product/brand may be highly specialized, or the market is undeveloped or underdeveloped, or the sales target is relatively high.
Following company code of conduct and SOP of pharmacovigilance.
Coordinating and implementing SFE projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree.
Male or Female, Age 30 - 45 years old.
Preferably with 5 years + working experience in pharmaceutical market.
Sales management experience with proven track record.
Marketing experience with a successful track record with pharmacy products.
Leadership and abilities to coach and develop people.
Analytical and strategic thinking.
Preferably Pharmacy degree and science related.
Good presentation and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated, creative and well organized.
Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy.
