1) To create a frame work for the capability development of sales teams in country.
2) To create a TNA (Training Needs Analysis) for their sales teams
3) To wire frame the sales organization structure and the individual competency assessment scores (when they are done) into a web-based portal so as to create a Capability Enhancement Plan for each individual.
4) To network and assist the Regional Capability Team in creating a capability plan for A&P
5) To network and assist the Country Capability Tags in creating a capability plan for their countries
6) To wire frame and populate the competency scores of the entire country sales team onto the web based portal so that a Capability Enhancement Plan can be drawn up for each individual
7) To create a training calendar for the country and organize delivery of the training programs through a training consultant.
8) To evaluate the effectiveness of these training programs and redevelop content where necessary
