4. Click on any GPS PO# to retrieve detailed information of the PO -this will be the PO details pulled from the system at the time of the initial request-this data is a one time capture ane will not be updated during the lifespan of the request.

5. Click on "Refresh Counts" to refresh information.
6. The colors indicate if the request is on time, within 8 hours after creation (green),within 8-16 hours after creation, due today (yellow) or overdue (red).
7. From this tab, it is possible for user to escalate a case to SCI (CSD), comment for the escalation reason is required.
