The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, Laos and the upper Vietnam into the low pressure cell the Gulf of Tonkin causing rainfall in the upper North and Northeast. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand with more rain over the westward of the Central and the South. The strong wind waves are likely in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand with waves 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore until 11 July.
