If necessary and requested by the Company, BDMS may provide pre-arrival consultation to the Company concerning the Customers via e-mail, fax or telephone. For the purpose of clarity, during this stage BDMS may give preliminary medical advice to the Company but BDMS shall neither make any warranty nor be responsible for such advice, unless and until BDMS meets the Customer and sufficient medical record of such Customer is received and diagnosed by BDMS’s doctor in charge.
