There were no differences between the groups at baseline.
The subjects completed on average 90% of the rehabilitation
program, i.e. 21,7 training sessions during the 8 weeks,
with no differences between the groups. Two (6%) patients
dropped out during the treatment period, both from the ET;
one because of more pain and one did not give a particular
reason. Another twelve (36%) patients (seven in the ET and
five in the MET) dropped out before the follow-up.
