ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for sales performance and development in Phuket & neighborhood area.
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets and expand markets new customers base to achieving and surpassing sales target.
Customer relationship Management and channel sales management. Sell to and maintain contact with major accounts; promotes positive relations with outlets and distributors in Southern Area. Establish and maintain on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
Having one-on-one review with Sales Director to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales & marketing activity in Phuket.
Provides timely feedback on progress & result of the plan to senior management.
Provides timely, accurate information on competitor pricing, activities & proactive strategy to react & response properly, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Maintains accurate records of customers , pricings, sales, and activity reports from Southern area
Creates and conducts proposal presentations to customer
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes for new customer account.
Recruits, tests, and hires staff, if needed, based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up with team.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
