• Coordinate for technical changes and projects between internal business parties and service providers
• Cooperate with service providers for business consultations and problem resolutions including incident management
• Act as project lead for small project implementation
• Operate day-to-day business to ensure vendor service alignment with contractual agreement/KPI
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT-related fields with strong academic background
• Ability to articulate business and IT solutions well
• Good analytical and interpersonal skill
• Fluency in English: TOEIC 700+, TOEFL iBT 80+, or IELTS 5.5+ (work requires frequent communication with both internal and external parties)
• Flexibility and work well with diverse work environment
