Fees rate and service is one of the important factors that can build more loyalty to the brand and the organization. For generate revenue to the organization and build more customer satisfaction on Royal Orchid Plus service. So, I was assigned to survey the fees rate and service of the Airlines loyalty program between Royal Orchid Plus (Thai Airways International PLC), KrisFlyer (Singapore Airline), Miles&More (Lufthansa), Mileage Plus (UNITED Airline), Frequent Flyer (Qantas Airways), and Marco Polo (Cathay Pacific) to use the searched information for improve the fees rate and create more new Royal Orchid Plus service. This will be increase the number of member and the information obtained from survey also benefit to the organization in the future.
