The result in table 3 showed that students have strongly agreed that role play activities helped them to improve their English speaking abilities. The mean scores from the attitude form was 4.35. It was found that the learners had a positive attitude toward the role play activities used in the classroom. The highest positive toward attitude toward item 6 (M=4.71). Role play activities help me have fun in the class. Next, the learner had second highest positive attitude toward item 2 and 4 (M=4.52) role play activities help me to speak English and role play activities help me improve my English speaking abilities. However, the learners had the least positive attitude toward item 5(M=4.03). the majority responded that the procedure of using role play activities is clear.
