• Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant awards, legislation and regulations to ensure the company fully complies with the provisions in all HR functions (e.g. recruitment, training, compensation, employee relation, etc).
• Work closely with line department and acting as line HR Business Partner for all HR support activities.
• Work closely with our targeted or contracted labor service companies so as to enlarge our sources for the skilled workers positions.
