Dear Sirs,
On 4th March, I bought a Hypersonic cassette recorder, price $47.50, from the Wallsend branch of your company. On 5th March, at precisely 6.32 p.m, it broke down. I took it back to the shop, and talked to an assistant, Mr. Delaney. Unfortunately, he was very rude, so I asked to speak to the manager, who told me that, as I did not have a receipt, the shop could not give me a new recorder. I must say that I'm very ______ with the service in your shop, and I would be grateful if you would send me a refund immediately.
