most of the consumers have no problems about the illness from Fah Thai market’s food. From the consumers part, we can concluded that most of the consumers did concern about the characters of the food that looks safety, such as; more than 80% of the consumers consumed the fresh cooked food which means they can prevent themselves from the contaminated food more than 50%. In addition the factor that the consumers most focus before buy food is about the cleanness, this is a good thing because the cleanness is the most important thing that can affect to the quality of the food. From the producers/sellers part, we did interview and observe the behaviors of the producers/sellers at the same time. The results that we got were there are less amount of the store that are in safety group. Most of the producers/sellers are risk to make the food to be contaminated. They have some bad behaviors that can make the food to be contaminated, for example; not wearing glove and cap, talking above the food, and using dirty equipments. All of these behaviors can cause the food to be contaminated, and make the consumers to be sick. Furthermore, the environment around the stores is not clean. Otherwise there were just a few consumers that ever been sick from consumed the food at Fah Thai market. To summarize, even the surroundings of the food are not too clean and some of the food is not looks so good, but it is not that worse to make the consumers that consumed it to be sick. All of the factors are just a part of the big whole knowledge that we can further research in the future. Lastly, we only live once, don't let the erroneous external requisite make it just a half.
