My name is Matthew Marshall, I am one of the Housemaster's here at Chase Grammar School and,
together with Nui, my wife, look after the Convent Road Boarding House in which Stamp is living.
I am very pleased to welcome Stamp to Chase Grammar School. I hope that he has had reported back
to you that he has settled in and made it feel like a home away from home. Every time that I have
spoken to him, he has appeared happy and content with boarding life.
Your son is living under the care of my wife and myself. We have spent time with the group, ensuring
that all the boys are settled and know how to ask if they need any help. We live in easy access of the
boys' accommodation, so getting help is easy.
The school term is now in full swing, with days being full of lessons, and plenty of activities
organised in the evenings and on the weekends. Stamp took a few days to feel comfortable in the
school, but since then has made some good friends both in the house and also in the wider school
community. He has settled into a routine and is always busy, be it talking with friends or chatting with
friends from home on his phone.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any questions or concerns about boarding life.
Best regards,
Matthew and Nui Marshall
