2.3.2 Vitamin and iron loss
Great evidences show that people may lose some vitamin and iron after taking exercise. It results in vitamin and iron loss through a variety of mechanisms. Some iron, as well as vitamin E is lost in sweat, and, for unknown reasons, intense endurance exercise is sometimes associated with bleeding of the digestive system which causes a great amount of loss. As vitamin and iron play important roles in our body, the loss of them could cause sick or some serious diseases.
