As we spoke just a while ago, we need to know what went wrong with the 2 bookings below and how the cargo received date was missed.
1) OOLU2562024000 – 1 pending container (loaded on June 29)
2) KKLUPEN084793 – 4 pending container (loaded on June 30)
This Panel Plus requirement is well known, so it comes as a shock that this has happened. I need to see the details of all the bookings for this month updated and sent across by 1130 this morning so that we have visibility of what is going on.
We have to always be ready for handling the requirements of Panel Plus as we all are aware of what needs to be done, be it customs OT in advance, filing of documents in advance, gating in as per the timelines at Penang, month end requirements, etc. The container detailed reports as well are not being sent on time which is affecting the information flow.
After this is fixed, we then need to have the assurance that this will not happen again. If you have any details on how the report formats need to be structured and information needs to be sent to NY, please let us know as Panel Plus have a need to see the right information.
