Role Description:
Responsible for developing new routes to supply across new LCR (Low Cost Regions – Asia), studying the supply base, analyzing the need of process development and investment at supplier end, selecting and working with suppliers on a one-to-one basis to meet the needs of ABWF in terms of reducing cost, meeting technical and quality standards, complying with CSR policy, achieving required supplier performance, reducing supply chain risk and building and maintaining relations with suppliers. Responsible for developing and executing category source plans, identify and execute cost improvement opportunities, support process of New Product Development. Co-responsible for LCR sourcing objectives and targets being delivered within timely manner.
Qualification and Experience:
All Nationality.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and/or Engineering and/or Food Technology and/or in related field.
Work experience in Procurement/Technical for at least 2 - 3 years
Real experience in Supplier Development
Ability to work under pressure

Manage Stakeholders relations across other functions in order to deliver projects within timescales and in line with internal ABWF procedures. Understand Stakeholders requirement
Actively participates in company organization culture. Represents ABWF inside and outside the company
Creates purchasing reports/presentation according to agreed timescale
