All Josam and TruckCam aftermarket products are sold with 24 months warranty against
product faults. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear and it’s not valid for
faults caused by unintended use or after modifications of the product.
The warranty is valid from the original delivery date, even if components have been
replaced during the warranty period. New warranty period is only provided for
components which have been paid for.
Our warranty is given to the original customer and is only valid within the country of
purchase, and the original receipt from an authorized dealer shall be presented. Claims
shall be issued as soon as possible after the fault has been detected, towards a
representative presented on our web-pages www.josam.se or www.truckcam.com.
Car-O-Liner Group reserves the right to decide upon how approved customer claims shall
be handled. In case a customer claim doesn’t fulfill our warranty conditions, Car-O-Liner
Group reserves the right to debit associated costs.
and services during 2017. During next year the new measuring head will be available, enabling
you to use a wider range of wheel adapters for the JOSAM i-track system.
The average price adjustment for 2017, based on our volumes, has been kept to a minimum and is
less than 3.3% combined, partly due to a weaker exchange rate of the Swedish krona towards
other currencies.
The adjustments are differentiated, with a minimal price increase on kits, 2%, and a higher
increase in parts, 5%, and spare parts, 15%, with some exceptions.
Hopefully, this will encourage more of our customers to buy our pre-defined kits. Further, we will
start with NET prices on our induction heaters and their spare parts as well as on cab adapters.
In addition, we have changed our warranty policy for equipment purchased after 1st January 2017
in a favorable 24 months from delivery date, see attached letter.
During the second half of 2017 we will implement different discount levels based on your
performance and ambition level - higher performance and greater ambition will be rewarded.
The purpose of this is to shift the focus from discounts to performance, making it easier for you to
sell by return on investment (ROI) rather than by improving your bargaining skills.
