Attached is the list of OPPO FAQs and SOPs that we gathered from knowledge sharing and DSAT Analysis.
We’ve created such file in order to share you some troubleshooting guide on how to handle issues and help minimize the DSAT from customers due to incomplete troubleshooting or case mishandling.
Hendra will pass around the sign off sheet where you will need to write your signature to acknowledge that you received this email. We will conduct an assessment next week (July 11-15) to do a knowledge spot check and identify your challenges so we can help you improve your technical or customer service skills.
This isn’t just any spot check or assessment as we take this issue very seriously especially on improving our CSAT.
