The remainder of this paper is organized as follows. Section 2 briefly describes a dynamic simulator used to extract human control skills. In addition, the motion capture equipment and the kinematic human body simulator are also introduced. In Section 3, the advantages of several human operators’ control skills are extracted through human control trajectories in the dynamic simulator. In Section 4, the ball shooting motions of two human operators are analyzed and the advantages of their motions are discussed. In Section 5, a new operator is trained based on the extracted human control skill and human motion skill, and his discussed. Finally, the conclusions and performance future work is are presented in Section 6.
