Job Description:

Working in the Creative Team.
Working closely with internal teams in order to develop creative ideas/content for social media and digital campaigns in order to meet the required strategies and goals.
Understanding digital advertising in order to develop creative solutions, campaign mechanics and marketing solutions.
Developing creative ideas, content or activities for social/digital media in order to create a buzz and building brand engagement.
Leading brain storming sessions in order to discuss and develop creative ideas.
Managing, guiding, teaching and mentoring junior members of the digital creative team and helping them develop their ideas.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
At least 8 years’ experience in a related field.
Solid experience in copy writing/creative campaigns.
Good team management skills.
Solid understanding of and practical experience regarding various digital/social media platforms and campaigns.
Understanding online marketing concepts.
Able to create and implement creative/innovative ideas.
Good creative thinking skills.
Opened minded in order to learn new things.
Exceptional communication skills.
Writing, editing, interpersonal and presentation skills.
