However, We have already made the salary payment until September 30, 2015 (referring to an email approve form Athina Dossis) and according to our agreement, we normally need 60 days written notice for service termination
In this case, shall we put the end date with Adecco to be on October 31, 2015 in order to abide by the term and condition? Please confirm.
For Next step we will process;
• Communicate to staff to sign resignation letter with Adecco
• Communicate to staff how to transfer to direct hire
• Adecco will provide the summary of personal income tax deduction to staff at the end of the year
• We will also remove the staff from our social security fund and insurance on the ended date
